Many Christians are aware that the Holy Ghost is part of the Godhead, but when asked to tell you what He does, they sometimes are at a loss for words. Even as the Bible says that the world could not contain all the books that could be written about the things that Jesus did, likewise the role of the Holy Ghost is also unlimited. However, the Bible does clearly tell us about many of His functions.
We begin this three-part series with a discussion about the personality of the Holy Ghost. Then we continue in John 16, where Jesus promised to send the Comforter to reprove the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. What does this mean to the believer and non-believer? Simply put, He was sent to reveal the will of God and the mind of Christ.
